Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags must be attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@venturehigherco.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label at your request.
Please note: The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
