Venture Higher Shipping Policy

At Venture Higher, we’re proud to deliver high-quality gear made to order and shipped with care. All of our products are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after production) are as follows:

USA: 3–5 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and current carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Split Shipments

Because our products are made to order, items in your order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment if applicable.

International Orders

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your country upon delivery. Venture Higher is not responsible for these additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@venturehigherco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
